1. Refund Policy
1.1. Our goal at Yumm Tumm is to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
1.2. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time + 45 Min Buffer time and attempts to contact the delivery person or customer support are unsuccessful.
- Wrong order: If you receive an order that is different from what you originally ordered.
- Quality issues: If the quality of the food delivered is significantly below the standards expected you may contact the support team within 2 hours from the time of delivery for raising a concern.
2. Refund Process
- 2.1. To request a refund, you must contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide information such as your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
- 2.2. Our team will review your request and may require additional information to process the refund.
- 2.3. All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received, unless refunds have been provided to You in the form of credits, refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks policies in 3-7 Business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
3.1. Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
- Items that have been consumed or partially consumed.
- Items that have been tampered with after delivery.
- Orders where the customer provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information, Incorrect or random Cooking/Delivery Instructions.
4. Cancellations
- 4.1. You may cancel your order before it has been accepted by the home cook(s)/Kitchen(s) for preparation. Once the order is accepted, cancellations are not possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our team as soon as possible.
5. Refusal of Delivery
- 5.1. If you refuse delivery of an order without reasonable cause, you may not be eligible for a refund, and you may be charged a fee to cover expenses incurred.
